Through the Research and Technology program‚ e!MISSION.at – "Energy Mission Austria " – the Austrian Climate and Energy Fund supports those fields in which Austria has core competences, is internationally competitive, and makes significant contributions toward climate protection.
This call is issued by representatives of the research, environmental, and economic promotion programs, in cooperation with the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG), the Austrian Economic Service (aws), and Kommunalkredit Public Consulting, GmbH.
The priority areas of this call address the research and development of new materials as well as innovative technologies, systems, and concepts. The following topics indicate issues that correspond closely to objectives of the research and technology program of the Austrian Climate and Energy Fund:
• Emerging Technologies
• Energy efficiency and energy conservation
• Renewable energy
• Intelligent networks
• Analysis of power-saving systems and transformation research.
Budget: €26 Million ~
Project proposals are accepted only by electronic submission via eCall until September 19, 2013, at 12:00 p.m. (noon) EDT.
Proposals submitted after 12:00 p.m. EDT cannot be considered and will be disqualified from the competition.
Foreign partners can be supported up to a maximum of 20 percent of the total funding. In such situations, it is important to explain the reasons that the specific knowledge provided by the foreign partner is not available in Austria.
